sant ji was born in 1902. The occupation of his family was farming. His Grandfather name was “Shri Ashu Ji” Gagdar. He was a resident of nagour district. He was in contact with various Nagauri sculptures. He also knows the art of stone. In 1845 ASVJI to jodhpur.
Raj Gajdar, Gani khan gave the construction work of Sikher bandh and Nani ji ka mandir to him. After that the name gajdar was given to his family.Ashu ji had three children and one sister. Their name was Ramnarayan, Chunilal, and HariRam . The sister name was Ratni bai.
