I made my debut in 2009 at Fashion Pakistan Week in Karachi. My collection was named Love is Worth a Fall. It was also Noor’s catwalk debut. I stood backstage watching the show, in awe of all that I had created – and then there was Noor. There was a twinkle in her eyes, a fierce expression on her face, and she had such a strong walk. I fell in love with her! Since then, the first garment for every show is designed for her. Noor is one of the most beautiful beings I have ever encountered. She is the right amount of smart and the right amount of fool that a girl should be. She is also one of the strongest, yet fragile, people I know of. She is headstrong and a perfectionist, and a dream to work with. She takes direction and gives everything 100 percent.
I was a fan of Fahad’s work before we became friends. We did a shoot together and I saw him draping these beautiful sari’s making them look like lavish dresses and I knew immediately that he was extremely talented. Being his muse is very flattering. His design philosophy is very forward. He has the perfect blend of traditional and modern elements in his design aesthetic. Every shoot we do together is memorable, because of his versatile collections and of course the fun we have behind the scenes. He breaks the monotony with each new collection which keeps it exciting for me personally and as a model. I will never forget working with him on his video for fashion week; long hours and hard work well spend because the final product was outstandingly amazing.
Junaid Jamshaid is a well fame and imaginative designer for party and wedding fashion for men and women. He began his career in 1980 and progressively upgraded his grace and elegant picture in the fashion world by presenting amazing and stunning themes in his compilation. Junaid has gained reputation in the fashion precinct as his all collections are beautifully blended with cultural and tremendous modern values.
